Summer Appointments are available throughout the summer for college, NCAA, enrichment opportunities, SAT/ACT test prep and/or registration and scholarship advising: Monday-Thursday, 8 am-4 pm. Please make an appointment by email or phone. All meetings will be done remotely during this time until further notice.

Apply to colleges and universities in NC and send your transcripts.

Scholarship and Financial aid information is also available.


  1. Login (I can look up your username and I can reset your password for you OR you can use the forgot password option OR you can create new account)
  2. Go to My CFNC tab
  3. Click on Your Profile
  4. Click on The Basics
  5. Edit
  6. Make sure you are listed as a High School Student (top of screen)
  7. Make sure your NC Student Number is complete and correct
  8. Check all other information
  9. Make sure your account is connected to Sampson Early College High School

Apply to College:

  1. Click on Apply Tab
  2. Click Apply to College
  3. Select the School

(Tip: complete all essays in Microsoft word, have an English teacher proofread, and then copy/paste)

Send Transcripts

  1. Click on Apply Tab
  2. Click on Transcript Manager
  3. Go To Transcript Manager
  4. Select the College and Send

Other Information

  • You will list your college classes in the high school courses in progress.You will also list your college classes in the college section of the application.
  • Make sure you go to Sampson Community College Student Services department to request that college transcripts be sent colleges/universities you are applying to.
  • College Application Fee Waivers are available to students who registered to take the ACT or SAT using a test fee waiver.
  • See your counselor to get your waivers from ACT after you submit your application.
  • SAT application fee waivers are available on your College Board online account.
  • In the application, you will select fee waiver OR check/money order if you are using a fee waiver to apply.You will then mail in your fee waiver to the admissions office at the university.
  All students planning to attend a 2 or 4-year institution will year need a completed FAFSA. Increase your funding opportunities by filing early. You may start applying for FAFSA as soon as October 1st of your senior year.
